TXRHLive Payroll Login: Paystubs, W-2s & Direct Deposit

TXRHLive.me is an independent guide for Texas Roadhouse team members and is not affiliated with Texas Roadhouse Inc. This page covers the txrhlive payroll login section of the employee portal specifically — for general sign-in help, see our TXRHLive login guide.

Payroll is its own section inside TXRHLive, separate from scheduling — here’s how to get to your paystubs, tax forms, and direct deposit settings.

Logging in to payroll

1.Sign in at txrhlive using your corporate email and password (see the full login guide if you need the general sign-in steps).

2.From your dashboard, select the Payroll section.

3.First-time users are typically assigned a default password based on their birthdate (MMDDYYYY format) — you’ll be prompted to change it on first login.

Viewing and downloading paystubs

Inside the Payroll section, select a pay period to see the breakdown — hours, gross pay, deductions, and net pay. Paystubs are generally available shortly after each pay run; if one you’re expecting hasn’t shown up, that’s usually a delay rather than an error (see below).

Getting your W-2

Current employees: Your W-2 appears in the Payroll section once tax documents are issued for the year, typically by the end of January. Download it directly from there — no separate request needed.

Former employees: You can still retrieve your W-2 after leaving.

1.Select Former Employee Login.

2.Enter your last name, the last 6 digits of your SSN, and your date of birth.

3.This information verifies your identity against payroll records — it isn’t collected or stored by this site, only entered directly on the official portal.

Updating direct deposit

Direct deposit changes are made from the Payroll section under account or banking settings. Changes typically apply starting with the next pay cycle, not the current one — so update it a few days before a pay run if you want it to take effect immediately.

Payroll login problems

Paystub missing or looks wrong. Contact Payroll Support directly at 1-855-698-7446 rather than waiting — pay issues are easier to fix quickly.

Can’t get past the default password. If your birthdate-based password isn’t working, it may have already been changed by a previous session, or you may be entering the wrong format. Use “Forgot Password” instead of guessing repeatedly, since repeated failed attempts can lock the account.

W-2 not showing up. Tax documents are typically issued by the end of January. If it’s after that and yours still isn’t there, contact HR before assuming it’s a site issue.
