What is Txrhlive?

TXRHLive is the secure online employee portal for Texas Roadhouse Roadies. It runs on Microsoft authentication and gives team members access to important work and payroll information from any device.

Once signed in, Roadies can typically:

• Check weekly schedules and submit time-off requests
• Download pay stubs and official W-2 tax forms
• Update direct deposit and tax withholding details
• View and enroll in health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits
• Complete required training modules
• Reset their password using the official self-service tool at sspr.txrh.com

Former Roadies may retain limited access to final pay stubs and W-2 forms during tax season.

How to Log In to TXRHLive

TXRHLive is the employee portal Texas Roadhouse Roadies use for pay stubs, W-2s, work schedules and benefits. Signing in takes about a minute once your account has been set up by your store. This page is a guide only — you always sign in on the official portal, never on this website.

Before You Start

Have these ready:

  • The employee username, ID or work account details you were given when your account was set up (as described in our full login guide — this site does not publish exact email formats)
  • Your TXRHLive password
  • Your phone or authenticator app, if multi-factor authentication is enabled on your account
  • An up-to-date browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari all work)

TXRHLive Login Steps

  1. Go to the official portal at txrhlive.com.
  2. Enter your employee email address on the sign-in screen.
  3. Enter your password. Passwords are case-sensitive, so check Caps Lock first.
  4. Complete multi-factor authentication if you are asked — approve the prompt on your phone or enter the code you are sent.
  5. You are now on your employee dashboard, where you can open payroll, schedules, W-2s and benefits.

First Time Signing In?

New Roadies get their account details during onboarding at their store. If you have never signed in and do not have your details yet, ask your manager — accounts are created by the store, not self-registered online.

Forgot Your Password? Reset It the Official Way

Do not keep guessing — repeated failed attempts can lock your account. Texas Roadhouse provides an official self-service password reset tool at sspr.txrh.com:

  1. Open sspr.txrh.com and enter your employee username.
  2. Choose how to receive your verification code (text, email or the method you registered).
  3. Enter the code and set a new password that meets the portal’s requirements.
  4. Sign back in at txrhlive.com with the new password.

If the code never arrives or your account is locked, do not use any third-party “reset service” — contact your store manager or official support instead.

TXRHLive Login Not Working? Try These First

  • Wrong password message: check Caps Lock and retype slowly — one wrong character is enough.
  • Page will not load or keeps looping: clear your browser cache and cookies, or try a private/incognito window.
  • Code not arriving: check your signal and spam folder, and confirm the phone number on your account is current.
  • Still locked out after a reset: your store manager or official support can check your account status.

Stay Safe: Only Ever Sign In on the Official Portal

TXRHLive holds your pay, tax and personal information, so fake login pages are a real risk in this niche. Protect yourself:

  • Sign in only at txrhlive.com, and reset passwords only via the official reset tool at sspr.txrh.com. The company’s public site is texasroadhouse.com.
  • Be suspicious of look-alike addresses, and of emails or texts that pressure you to “verify” your account through a link.
  • A real TXRHLive sign-in will never ask for your bank details, full Social Security number or payment to restore access.

TXRHLive for Former Employees

Can You Use TXRHLive on Your Phone?

Yes. TXRHLive works on mobile browsers. There is no official separate employee app for TXRHLive.

For the best mobile experience:

• Use an updated browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox)
• Keep the Microsoft Authenticator app available for verification
• Use a secure internet connection
• Sign out after you finish, especially on a shared device

Note: The Texas Roadhouse guest app available in the App Store and Google Play is only for customers and does not include employee login features.

Who Can Use TXRHLive?

TXRHLive is for current and, in limited cases, former employees of Texas Roadhouse, Bubba’s 33, and Jaggers. This includes restaurant team members, kitchen staff, managers, and support center employees.

New hires receive account credentials during the onboarding process. Employees cannot create their own TXRHLive accounts.

Some Texas Roadhouse locations previously required employees to complete a daily symptom survey or health screening before shifts. Requirements can vary by location and change over time. Check with your store manager or leadership for the current process at your restaurant. The symptom survey is not part of the standard TXRHLive login.

If your location still uses a symptom survey, your manager or store leadership will normally provide the correct link or method. It is usually separate from the TXRHLive employee portal. Do not enter login credentials on unofficial survey pages.
