What is Txrhlive Login?
TXRHLive.me is an independent guide for Texas Roadhouse team members. We’re not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Texas Roadhouse Inc. — this page just walks through the sign-in process and the issues people run into most.
If you’re a Texas Roadhouse “Roadie” trying to check your schedule, pull up a paystub, or look at your benefits, TXRHLive is the portal you’re after. Here’s how to get in.
How to log in
- Go to txrhlive.
- Enter your corporate email address (the format your location assigned you during onboarding).
- Enter your password. TXRHLive authenticates through Microsoft, so you may briefly see a Microsoft sign-in screen before landing back on your dashboard — that’s expected, not a phishing attempt.
- If your location has two-factor verification turned on, complete that step.
- You’ll land on your dashboard, where schedules, paystubs, W-2s, and benefits all live in one place.
First time logging in? Your manager or HR contact sets up your account during onboarding — you can’t self-register.

Is TXRHLive built on Workday?
Short answer: no — TXRHLive’s sign-in runs on Microsoft’s authentication system, not Workday. If you’ve landed here after searching for a Workday-based login, that’s likely why you weren’t finding it: Texas Roadhouse’s employee system isn’t on that platform.
Forgot your password?
- On the sign-in screen, select Forgot Password.
- Enter your corporate email address.
- Follow the reset link sent to that address. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check spam before requesting another.
- Still stuck? Contact your location’s HR contact or call 1-855-698-7446.

Former Employees
You can still access your account after leaving Texas Roadhouse — this is mainly for pulling old paystubs or your W-2.
- Select Former Employee Login on the sign-in page.
- Enter your last name, the last 6 digits of your SSN, and your date of birth to verify your identity.
- You’ll get access to your pay history and tax documents, though some features (like current scheduling) won’t apply anymore.

Common login problems
- Page won’t load. Clear your browser cache, or try a different browser — older mobile browsers are the most common culprit.
- “Incorrect password” on a password you’re sure is right. Password resets can take a few minutes to fully take effect system-wide. Wait 5–10 minutes and try again before resetting a second time.
- Account locked after failed attempts. This is a standard security lockout, not a permanent block. Contact HR or IT support at 1-855-698-7446 to have it cleared.
- Nothing loads after the Microsoft sign-in screen. This usually means the sign-in succeeded but the redirect back to TXRHLive failed. Close the tab and start over directly from txrhlive.com rather than a bookmarked page.
